How long is each session?

A typical personal training session is 60 minutes during which there is a dedicated warm up, a strengthening and lengthening protocol, and a facilitated stretch.

What is the Graston Technique®?

During a session, your clinician will use Graston Technique® instruments to gently glide over the affected area. They may also incorporate stretching and strengthening exercises to enhance the treatment’s effectiveness. Each session typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the treatment plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

Check or credit card are preferred.

What are the benefits of Pilates?

Pilates is an innovative system of exercise designed to transform the way your body functions in everyday activities. Working on a reformer builds strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, proprioception, and mental focus.

How do I know If I'm making progress?

Lean muscle mass, body fat, and strength are logged and measured on a monthly basis.

Can you make me a diet?

While I am a certified nutritional coach, I am unable to prescribe a diet. Instead, I engineer a plan based around a client's personal habits and guide them through making sound choices. I utilize the science-backed application. Cronometer®, to manage nutritional information that clients also get to access and track their meals.
